A platter of Byron Bay’s Salumi Australia’s Salumi Finocchiona, and Jamisontown’s Montecatini’s Mortadella, Bresaola and Prosciutto Crudo, with our marinated olives, pistachios, sundried tomatoes and grilled vegetables

Flammekuchen (vegetarion option available)                                            

Also known as Tarte Flambée, flatbread to share. Originating from the German and French border, topped with crème fraiche, sautéed red onions and bacon

Cheese platter (GF possible)                                                                    

Cheese platter showcasing Stanthorpe Cheese Factory’s best cheeses. We pair them with dried and fresh fruits, nuts, and Gwydir River honey



Pork Belly (GF)                                                                                   

Braised in dark beer and apple juice. Served with a homemade green apple relish from Greenhill Orchard apples

Bratwurst (GF)                                                                                    

Bratwurst sausage, served with our very own sweet mustard

Duck Breast

Pan seared. Served with braised red cabbage.

Oven Roasted Potatoes




We call it the love child of apple strudel and pie. We source our green apples from Green Hill Orchards in Arding. Served warm, with vanilla cream

Black Forest                                                                                      

Our take on rich chocolate cake with cherries macerated in cherry brandy and fresh vanilla cream

Stollen Parfait                                                                                    

Frozen dessert with the flavours of a rich German Christmas bread
